We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in the address bar of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. We ship knives to the Continental U.S. only. We don't ship overseas. We use $15 USPS Flat Rate shipping w/insurace. Your shipment will be insured at or above the cost of your knife. All knives ordered will be shipped after your payment has processed and funds have cleared (could take 2 to 3 business days). Once your item has shipped we will email your tracking number to you so you can track your knife.
We also offer local pickup to anyone who lives in our surrounding area and would like to come pick the knife up. If this option is chosen at checkout, the customer is responsible for coming to our address to pick up their knife/knives. Valid ID will be required to do this.
Items purchased may be returned within three (3) days of delivery for a refund, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition and same packaging as sold, and is unused. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after the three (3) day inspection period. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on returned items. Shipping, your 50% deposit, insurance charges, and other incidental charges are not refundable. Items found to be damaged or used will not be accepted or credited for return or exchange. Prior authorization must be provided before return can occur. Please use the "Contact Me" page before returning any items.

That Contact page is
* When commissioning a knife, 50% is required up front (will be taken out of your knife price). This is so I can get started on the design process with you as well as order all your materials needed for the project. If after starting the design process and ordering materials, for some reason you change your mind, this fee is non-refundable. This is because I’ve started projects before and then had someone change their mind after materials and time had already been invested. I hope this will not be an inconvenience.
** If you choose the more exotic handle materials such as mammoth ivory, etc. Once getting a price on those materials there may be more money added to the 50% requirement.
*** Commission requirements may be changed at our disgression.
IMPORTANT - Please Read
If for any reason your remaining balance isn't paid promtly after completion, your knife/knives may be sold (at my discretion), in order to recoup lost money due to non-payment.
